Pricelock's mission is to create and market new price management solutions to businesses and retail consumers. The Company’s first offering was developed with Chrysler and provided fuel price management and price protection solutions for Chrysler car buyers at virtually every gas station in the United States. Pricelock's business solutions for commercial and transportation fleets will be launched in the coming months. Future Pricelock offerings are under development which could provide commodity price management solutions for jet fuel, natural gas, home heating oil, electricity and other high volume commodity groups that experience significant price volatility.

For its first motor fuel (unleaded gasoline and diesel) price management offerings, Pricelock has developed advanced Internet-integrated technology that will allow our customers to (i) evaluate current gasoline purchase options by station, city or region, (ii) assess future gasoline price trends signaled by the capital markets, (iii) obtain flash news briefs on events that may impact gasoline prices, (iv) purchase gasoline price management and price protection solutions; (v) monitor and manage their "virtual price-protected gasoline reserves" on-line and real time and (vi) take physical delivery of gasoline using a proprietary Pricelock gasoline fuel purchase card accepted at retail locations nationwide.

ListSpinner enables communities of any size to capture the groups’ option about shared content on any topic and of any kind.

ListSpinner is a list making tool in the form of a scaleable widget platform and supporting database. Users create lists of items, each of which can be comprised of video or audio clips, images, links, etc., and comments about those items. Then, they share those lists by emailing them to friends, networks and customers, or by posting them on web pages as an interactive widget.

Each recipient views the list and plays the clips. They drag and drop to reorder the list, add or delete items, leave comments, message the author, send it on to their friends, post the list to a different webpage or just save it for later. Everyone who participates in the list can see other participants’ opinions’ and a view of group consensus. Thus, ListSpinner essentially creates an interactive, rich media micro-blog around each list title type.

Friends use ListSpinner to share and discuss bundles of rich media and text in the form of lists.Communities use ListSpinner to capture all members' opinion on relevant topics, distill them into a single point of reference and then make that point (and each individual's view) easily accessible to all. TrueCar is a simple concept - use actual current sales data to determine what you should pay for a new car. TrueCar provides you with a simple, visual understanding of what is a great price, a good price, or too high of a price in a given local market.

TrueCar aggregates multiple data sources to show car buyers and dealers how much people actually paid for a particular car in their geographic area. It is offered online, free of charge - so anyone can know at any time what is a good or great price. With TrueCar consumers won't walk into the dealership underinformed and suspicious: they walk in knowing exactly the price of a fair deal. Dealers gain real-time,unbiased information about marketplace pricing, helping them know how to price their cars to sell more and gain market share from other dealers.

TrueCar not only shows four specific pricing benchmarks - actual dealer cost, factory invoice, average price paid and MSRP or sticker price - but also displays the full range of prices people have actually paid in a given market. The patent-pending user interface allows Zig users to quickly browse a comprehensive database of events from a single webpage by any combination of location, venue, date, category, keyword, or social network. Users can, for example, see what events their friends are going to this week in town, what the show times are for all nearby action movies or where and when the next Super Bowl will be held. By leveraging profiles, social networks, and user histories, Zig generates more personal, relevant search results and can make valuable recommendations. Zig will make it easy and fun to share any event that is found driving rapid, free, viral growth.

Real Financial, Inc.

Real Financial, Inc. will enable homeowners and developers to hedge their exposure to decreases in real estate values.

RealFinancial will offer consumers and developers the financial tools to reduce their exposure to downward changes in the value of their homes and developments. Homeowners will be able to access the Company's website, enter their zip code and basic information about their home (e.g., address, acquisition cost, acquisition date, lot size, etc.). The website will respond with the cost today to substantially offset their loss in the event that there is a general drop in the real estate values in their neighborhood over a defined time period. If at the end of the time period the home price index for their area subsequently increases, then the contract expires without further activity. In the event that the index decreases, then the Company pays the consumer an amount based on the amount of the decrease and the terms of the contract. Developers will be able to access the Company's website and enter basic information about their developments. The same process described above takes place. The developer effectively is trading some of the upside in their project (i.e., the cost of the Real Financial contract) to assure that they are largely indifferent to a downward movement in the real estate market into which they will be selling upon completion of their development.
